Grade 2 listed Farmhouse Renovation

We undertook the renovation of this grade 2 listed farmhouse, initially with a view to the property being sold. With initial work including new hardwood windows, insulating and flagging floors, full rewire and new central heating. It then became apparent that this stunning rural location was the perfect place for a holiday let. Further works were then undertaken including a new patio, development of the “leisure suite” which boasts flagged floors with hot tub and sauna, and also lawn areas and flower beds to complete the full renovation.
